The SOBA HR HY is a heavy duty float level switch designed for aggressive liquids. This float is encased in a HR HY (High Resistance) press-vulcanised housing, which ensures a double waterproof.
As the liquid level reaches the float, the mechanical switch inside will tilt, thus closing or opening a circuit connected to an electrical panel. The SOBA HR HY is equipped with an external adjustable resin ballast, and its +/-25º switching angle ensures a precise level measurement.
The heavy duty float level switch SOBA HR HY is used for aggressive liquids like acids, solvents, corrosive liquids, hydrocarbons, sea water, etc...
With SOBA HR HY you can proceedto the level control of multiple pumps. It has an emptying / Filling function and a overflow or dry-running protection.
Finally the float level switchSOBA HR HY can be used as a high / low level alarm.
It is highly recommended to use cable hangers with our float level switches.
The SOBA EX float switch is not suitable for agitated liquids. Choose our AT 120 HR HY float level switch.
If your installation is located in a hazardous area, choose our ATEX certified float switch SOBA EX.
