If you store water or other liquids in a tank or container, you may need an effective system to regulate the water level when the fluid level becomes too high or too low. ATMI sells level regulators that are float level switches and electronic level regulators.
Float level switches have a very simple functioning. When the amount of liquid increases and reaches the chosen level, the regulator under the liquid thrust tilts.
By connecting to the filling pumps, this will stop or start filling the tank. Operation is the same when the level is too low and reaches the level controller positioned at the low level.
To ensure proper liquid level control, you will need to set two regulators: one for the high level and one for the low level. It is also recommended to place a third regulator at the maximum level to activate an audible and luminous alarm and avoid overflows.
The wide range of level regulators offered by ATMI allows you to regulate the level of any type of liquids: common liquids, drinking water and demanding liquids such as agressive liquids ou liquids in hazardous environments.
Electronic regulators can be used with conductive liquids. The level of liquid is controlled by probes. When the probe is in contact with the liquid, the electronic box is activated to open or close the filling pumps.
