SOBA EX ATEX certified float switch

Description

The SOBA EX is an ATEX certified float switch ideal for hazardous environments 0, 1, 2 (gas) and 20, 21, 22 (dust). As the liquid level reaches the float, the mechanical switch inside the float will tilt, thus closing or opening a circuit connected to an electrical panel. The SOBA EX is equipped with an external adjustable resin ballast, and its +/-25º switching angle ensures a precise level measurement.

  • It is highly recommended to use cable hangers with our float level switches.
  • The SOBA EX float switch must be connected through an instrinsically safe relay
