Take care of your Health ! The ACS Certificate is highly recommended for any device in contact with Drinking Water !



Don’t risk your health by using non-sanitary devices in contact with drinking water. That’s why ATMI proposes two types of ACS certified float level switches for a niche and growing market with merely no competition !

The ACS Certificate ensures that all components of a product meant to be in contact with drinking water do not leave any particle or residuals that could put human health in danger.

In France, starting the 24th of December 2006, any device or accessory in contact with drinking water must be ACS certified. However, since health care matters to everybody, there might be an equivalent certificate in your country. We recommend you to check with your local governmental authorities.

In Europe, for example, the European Commission is currently working on the standardization of this Sanitary Conformity Certificate among its Members States. More information about this on-going project can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/construction/internal/essreq/eas/easrep.htm
